Leveling and Re-crowning frets on acoustic guitar incl. adjustment. 1000,
Explorer
Handcrafted Explorer, "Jackson style - 24 frets", Floyd Rose and
James Hetfield, EMG - active humbucker pickups.
Ultra-fast playability and incredible value, the guitar features a 25.5" scale length, resonant mahogany body and maple neck through body with scarf joint. With 24 Super jumbo frets and glow in the dark inlays, the compound radius 12"-16" rosewood fingerboard curves more dramatically at the nut for easy chording and flattens out as it approaches the neck joint for low-end bends without pinching out. The neck is constructed with a Spoke Nut Truss Rod. The advantage of this type is to prevent weakening of the neck at that end, especially on an angled headstock, and does not require special tools for adjustment.

Restoration
Harmony H-72
This vintage Harmony H72 - 1966 came to my shop in very bad condition. It has been converted to left handed, had huge cracks and a lot of holes, mixed parts, missing parts, fortunately the electronic is original and worked. I had to replace the tuning machines, made a custom bone nut and pickguard too.
I installed jumbo stainless steel frets, glued the whole thing together and put a cleat inside to prevent the crack from opening again.
It sound and plays magnificent
SOUNDBOARD BULGE
As you can see on the pictures, even without string tension the soundboard has a big hump, which leads to huge strings action. Somebody has re-glued the bridge, and tried to straighten it but that hasn't helped much. The actual problem is that cheap plywood bridge plate, plus a few loose braces. So I made a new bridge plate from walnut, strong enough for this case, new bridge from beautiful peace of rosewood, pure bone Nut and Saddle. I glued back the braces and "Voila", everything is working perfect.
Low string action and fantastic playability.
Saddle & Nut
That beautiful Epiphone have never been in tune. And I really don't like this pertikular model of bridges, because they are bolted thru the soundboard and make that spot even weaker. So I made a new rosewood bridge, pure bone nut and saddle. I reposition the saddle and "Voila", everything is working perfect.
Low string action and fantastic playability.
I have been playing guitar for years at concerts and bars. Repairing the instruments on the road for friends and coworkers up until the moment I’ve decided to open my own shop to work and create. Whether it's a priceless instrument or just a practice guitar I pour my soul into every project I touch. Every instrument I build is a hand crafted from scratch and unique.
